We work hard to provide the highest levels of support to all our customers and have developed a series of forms to report any problem you may have experienced with your order, once completed the forms provide us with sufficient information to start working towards resolving your issues.

Incomplete Orders

Report Missing Items – We’re sorry to hear you have items missing from your order. We have processes and procedures in place to minimise any such shortages however items may be missing from the Manufacturers Packaging or been temporarily out of stock. To enable us to determine the reason for the missing items and get the correct ones to you as quickly as possible please complete the Form on the link below.

Returning Items

Returns Request – Returns will only be accepted when accompanied by a signed Returns Form including an approved RMA Number. To receive a Returns Form with an approved RMA Number please complete the request form below, we will review the information and contact you.

Please note: In order to qualify for a refund on any items being returned that are not faulty, all items must be returned unused, in good re-saleable condition, including original, undamaged packaging, with a copy of the invoice and a signed Returns Form. Special order and made to order / Re glazed items are non-refundable.

We have processes and procedures in place to minimise any such errors however items may be incorrectly labelled from the Manufacturer of picked incorrectly. To enable us to ensure we know about and can resolve any incorrect items as quickly as possible and get the correct items to you please complete the Form on the link below.

Cancellations

Order Item Cancellation Request – We’re sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your purchase and are considering cancelling part of your order Nationwide Discontinued Bathrooms aim to offer a faultless service to all our customers & we would be grateful if you would be kind enough to share with us the reason why you are considering cancelling your order, we are always striving to improve our service & if you feel we may have not handled your order correctly or you have any other issue that you feel we can improve on in future please give feedback so we can address these issues as we take these matters very seriously.

Our Customer Services Team are unable to accept cancellation of items by telephone or email, you must complete the Order Item Cancellation Request Form below which is sent directly to our Support Team. Please note your order items will stay ‘live’ until Authorised by ourselves and an Order Item Cancellation Confirmation Email is sent to the email address stipulated on the order.
